This policy describes how jsm-options.com (“the site”) handles information when you visit. The site is for education only. We do not operate a brokerage or require an account to use the lessons or Strategy Builder.

Information we may collect

• Usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type, referring URL, and similar analytics events if analytics is enabled
• Technical logs — standard server or CDN logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) for security and reliability
• Communications — messages you send through the contact form, plus whatever you choose to write in the message. We do not require name or email.
• Form delivery — the contact form is processed by a third-party form service so the site can stay static. That provider receives the message content in order to deliver it to us.

Strategy Builder

Builder calculations run in your browser. Strategy inputs you type are not stored on our servers as a user account portfolio. Clearing your browser storage removes any local preferences (such as theme) we may save on your device.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or local storage for theme preference and, where configured, analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site should still function for reading lessons, though preferences may reset.

Analytics

If Google Analytics or a similar tool is active, it may process pseudonymous identifiers and usage metrics under that provider’s terms. We use such data to understand which lessons are helpful and to improve the site—not to sell your personal information.

• Operate and improve the educational content and Builder
• Respond to contact emails
• Maintain security and diagnose errors

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, analytics) that process data on our behalf to run the site. Legal requests may require disclosure where required by law.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. Options education is intended for adults who can understand financial risk disclosures.
